1. General

These terms apply to all inquiries, orders, commissions, and purchases from RevUpYourWalls ("we", "us", "our") via our website or direct communication. By submitting an inquiry or placing an order, you ("you", "your") agree to be bound by these terms.

The website contact form is for inquiries only — it does not constitute a binding purchase or contract. An order is only confirmed once we have issued a written quote and you have accepted it in writing.

2. Intellectual Property & Copyright

• All artwork, designs, and images — including collection pieces and commissioned work — are copyrighted and remain the sole property of RevUpYourWalls.

• No print or digital work may be reproduced, copied, shared, modified, displayed publicly, or resold in any form without our written permission.

• Commissioned artwork remains our copyright unless a separate commercial license is agreed and paid for in writing.

• You confirm that you own or have full permission and rights to use any reference photos, images, or materials you supply to us. You accept full responsibility for the content of these images and will indemnify us against any copyright or legal claims arising from their use.

3. Commissions — Process & Payment

• You provide reference photos and details about your car and requirements. We review the information and supply a written quote.

• Work begins only after you have accepted the quote and full payment has cleared.

• We will share a draft image for your approval. Once you have approved the draft, the design is final — no further changes or revisions can be made. Before agreeing to the draft copy, very minor changes can be made at our discretion.

• Estimated turnaround: 4–6 weeks from approval and payment. Times may vary slightly — we will keep you updated.

4. Prints & Collection Art

• All collection prints are signed and produced to high standards on premium card stock.

• Colours may vary slightly from what appears on your screen due to monitor differences and printing processes. This is not considered a fault.

• Estimated turnaround: 5–7 working days from order confirmation.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• UK delivery is included in the price.

• International shipping is available at an additional cost — quoted separately based on location.

• We will use secure, tracked packaging where possible but cannot be held responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the postal service or circumstances beyond our control.

• Risk of damage or loss passes to you once the item is handed over to the courier/postal service.

6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Commissions

• Within 24 hours of purchase: Full refund available.

• After 24 hours and once work has begun: Non-refundable. Custom artwork is created specifically for you and cannot be resold.

• If the finished artwork has a significant fault not caused by your reference materials, we will correct or replace it at no extra cost.

Prints — Collection Art

• Before printing has started: Full refund available.

• After printing: If the item arrives damaged or is incorrect, it must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item. We will replace it or issue a refund.

• Change of mind: Unused and undamaged prints may be returned within 14 days of delivery at your own cost. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover production and administration costs.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

We only use your personal details to process your order, communicate with you about your commission or purchase, and deliver your artwork. We do not share your data with third parties unless required to fulfill your order (e.g. Resend and/or courier service). We do not store payment details — all payments are processed via secure third-party providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of our artwork or services. Our total liability under any circumstances will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific item or commission in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
